Return of goods can be made within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of goods (does not apply in case of return of defective goods).

The money for the returned goods shall be returned to the Buyer's account by bank transfer not later than within 5 working days from the day of returning the goods to the Seller.

Noticing that the packaging of the submitted consignment is damaged (wrinkled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the Buyer must note this in the document of delivery and receipt of the consignment and, in the presence of the courier, draw up a free-form consignment violation report.

If the Buyer after accepting the shipment notices the non-conformity of the goods, factory defects or other defects of the goods, he shall immediately inform the Seller thereof. If the complaint about the incorrect quality of the goods is confirmed and the Buyer returns the goods of the bad quality, then the Seller undertakes to offer similar quality goods and send them to the Buyer, covering the shipping costs. If the Seller is not able to offer similar quality goods, then the Seller undertakes to return the money for the goods within 5 working days, at the same time covering the shipping and return costs.

Buyers must immediately inform the Seller if they pick up the parcel from the self-service terminals and notice any damages. If the complaint about the incorrect bad of the goods is confirmed and the Buyer returns the goods of the bad quality, the Seller undertakes to offer similar quality goods and send them to the Buyer, covering the shipping costs. If the Seller is not able to offer similar quality goods, then the Seller undertakes to return the money for the goods within 5 working days, at the same time, covering the shipping and return costs.

These conditions must be met when returning the goods:

- The returned product must be in the original packaging (does not apply in case of return of defective product);

- The product must not be used, without lost its commercial appearance: intact labels, etc. (does not apply in case of return of defective goods).

Bad quality goods are returned free of charge. Shipping costs are also refunded.
